I am from Pune few months back I subscribed to an internet connection from GBPS Office No. 1, Viman Nagar, Pune, Maharashtra 411014. Since then I have never got consistent internet service I have to complain them every 4 to 7 days for disconnected internet.. There is no improvement till now and it’s more 4 months

Refund from Yepme – Rs.674/-: Mr. Vikram Rathod of Gandhinagar, Gujarat ordered an Item on 11th October on yepme.com and cancel it on 12th October. But until 14th December they did not refund his money. His emails and telephone calls went in vain. Finally, he posted his complaint with ICF on 14-11-2016 and the matter was taken up with Yepme. LOS blinking red for the past two days and I haven’t received any response from GBPS regarding this. Very poor service from their side and I have no ways to fix my issue. Work getting delayed because of this but they don’t seem to understand my issue. This has always been a problem from when I got this connection. Very poor service and response from their side. No idea what to do. Please do not go for this ISP, it’s the worst service you can possibly get. Please report this company as they do not deserve to provide ISP.
