Online ticket issued by Mobikwik with wrong information

I have book a Bus ticket from MobiKwik app for journey 10/06/2017 from Siliguri to Patna in Raj BUS service 7:45pm Ticket no- 725X6EA6 Sleeper no – 01 confirm. But After 30mins bus conductor urguing with me that this not my seat it is reserved for conductor and misbehaved with me and change my seat to another person forcelly. It is disgusting and very uncomfortable to travel the whole night and also not getting any reply from MobiKwik.
