My product cancelled after 1 week without my knowledge after paying online payment before one week. Value: 1300. I bought a couple of products paying through net banking. After one week i got a mail stating order is ready to deliver , deliver boy called me only once and we just went off,when i called back he said he ill deliver next day so i said okay.In the next day i got a mail saying my order got cancelled and went back to origin and immediately when i called customer care they said product cancelled and went back to origin,when i asked why did it cancelled they said they don’t have proper information and they directly denied my request.
I placed the order,paid the amount a week back and they directly cancel my order without my knowledge ,this is really hurting and such a rude behavior .Kindly help me in this issue.
