Complaint regarding Airtel DTH connection

I am facing problem every time with Airtel DTH connection..whatever committed by Airtel not to be fulfilled by Airtel every time.

Sharing one most recent #worstexperience.

Call recieved from Airtel Customer care executive regarding best value pack we are offering to you on your STB.

If you are going to recharge today for three months of Rs 374 , benefits will be given to you as available values package of Rs 220 (per month) however pack will be made effectively once STB powered on or turned on and now mystery starts now from Airtel.

1) no signal once turned o STB
2)Error code 4
3)after called to customer care executive, though desired channels were not started.
4)after called to customer care executive again,, they stated, it’s not covered in your values pack.
5)moreover validity not provided as committed by Airtel and validity considered as and when recharge was done (18th Dec’18)
6) If you wish to discontinue STB/Pack, we will refund the amount when recharge was done not when STB powered on ( Please refer what committed by executive.

I told them that I will raise complaint in consumer Forum but I believe they are not or least bother on same.

The same problem I faced every time whenever New recharge done.
