Order for chocolate from Dithcheguilt not received

Hello,

I have ordered one chocolate from Ditchtheguilt company, got influenced by Instagram and ordered one paid in advance from Phonepe but I have not received my product till now it’s been over 10 days. Price was 89 rupees but the thing is it’s cheating whenever I am asking them they just say it is in transit, company customer care is not lifting calls. Can you please help me in either refund or compensation.
