I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding an issue I have encountered with DataQube Solutions, a company I recently collaborated with on a project.
In early October 2024 , I entered into an agreement with DataQube Solutions to undertake a project for their company. As part of the contractual terms, I was required to provide a security deposit of 1000 rs, which was duly submitted by me to ensure my commitment and compliance with the project requirements.
Numbers they contacted me are : 86xxxxxxxx9, 9xxxxxxxx9.
I diligently completed the project within the specified timeframe and to the best of my abilities, adhering to all agreed-upon standards and delivering the expected outcomes. However, despite fulfilling my end of the agreement, DataQube Solutions has failed to honor their commitment to compensate me for my services rendered.
As a victim of this breach of trust and contractual misconduct, I am seeking your intervention to help me retrieve the security deposit I provided to DataQube Solutions and to ensure that I receive the rightful payment for the services I have provided. Additionally, I urge you to investigate the practices of DataQube Solutions to prevent similar incidents from occurring in the future and to safeguard the interests of other individuals who may fall prey to such deceitful conduct.
I have attached copies of all relevant documents, including the contract agreement, communication records, and proof of payment of the security deposit, for your reference and review.
