I ordered the product from Aliexpress on 1.4.2017 and till now I haven’t received any product. It’s been more than 70 days. Whereas it’s written that product will be delivered to buyer between 32-55days. Out of 20 products I ordered I just received 10. I opened a dispute for the items I haven’t received and instead of helping me they terminated my services saying I had opened so many dispute which is voilation of buyers protection services. I opened a dispute for these 3 products as attachment in the picture but aliexpress refused to give my refund saying I didn’t provide enough evidence. I didn’t know they were blind enough to not check the tracking information by themselves.. it’s clear in tracking that I haven’t received any product still they are not issuing me the refund.
