Regarding worst courier service. My newly generated PAN card was dispatched by NSDL through Velex Logistic pvt. Itd. courier service on 17th November. They couldn’t deliver it yet and mentioning in status that address is incorrect. However I receive all my posts on this address. The contact number of concerned branch is also fake provide by the company. According to me they actually want me to receive my courier
from the branch itself. Please take necessary action against the company. My courier Awb.
