PAN card not delivered by Velex Logistic couriers

Regarding worst courier service. My newly generated PAN card was dispatched by NSDL through Velex Logistic pvt. ltd. courier service on 17th April. They couldn’t deliver it yet and mentioning in status that address is incorrect. However I receive all my posts on this address. The contact number of concerned branch is also fake provide by the company. According to me they actually want me to receive my courier from the branch itself. Please take necessary action against the company. My courier Awb. No. is 23301148697.

    Vide AWB no.23303207120, on VELEX LOGISTICS PVT LTD. NSDL SENT. PACKET, ON 28TH JULY,
    PACKET NOT DELIVERED TILL NOW (4-8-18), BUT SMS SENT ON 2-8-18 THAT CONSIGNMENT DELIVERED ON 2 ND JULY.
    NO ONE RESPONDING ON PHONE, MOBILE,EMAIL,, NOONE PICKING FOR CONTACT AND TO INFORM THAT PACKET IS. NOT DELIVERED

    i did not get my pan till now 1-5-19.but i got a message that it is delivered on 12-4-19.what i do now? Velex courier sesvice is worst service.

    I also did not receive my pan card. However I got a message from NSDL on 29/04/2019 that the courier is dispatched and the expected delivery date is 9/05/2019. But still I have not received the courier. I am calling the customer service number showing on their website but it’s always saying busy.
    Don’t know what to do next.

    My PAN card was delivered by NSDL on 11th May 2019. Till data I have not received my new pancard. They say that the address was incorrect but that is not true. They never contacted me via any means. Whether it is through email, phone or address. The customer care no. kept on ringing but no one responds to the call. Please take necessary action against this fraud and cheat courier company. My AWB NO is – 23307218172

    The delivery of pan card is free of cost, no charges are applied on delivery. So, don’t pay any money for delivery of pan card. If they ask you for money or charges (such as ?20,?30,?10), question them for their salary paid by velex courier to them.
    Velex courier are paid by NSDL for providing the service to us.
    Also we pay them (NSDL) for pan card.

    So, don’t pay a single penny otherwise they will become greedy. And try to ask more than of it in our day to day life.

    Velex courier is not delivered my pan card. Delivery agent asked me 30 rupees, o refused to give money so he didn’t give it to me and asked me to get it from the office.

    I have also not received my PAN card which was dispatched on 17th November and had to come by 29th November still didn’t receive. AWB number 23309460528.
    Not able to contact any of the branches all their phone numbers are not available. Anybody please provide the correct number if any of you have got it delivered.
