My newly generated PAN card was dispatched by NSDL through Velix Logistics. I received a SMS from NSDL about the details and AWB Number on 23-FEB-2022. Since its been more than a week, i thought i will check online about the whereabouts of my courier. When I checked, it shows that it has been already delivered to some Imtiaz whose mobile number is 0123456789. It is very strange because usually the courier guys call up the mobile number of the addressee if he/she is not available to take the delivery while handing over any cards, bank items, etc., When i am reading about that courier company, I see many people have raised their complaints. Why is NSDL not taking any action against this courier company. I am not scared if my PAN card will be misused.
Request you to take necessary action against Velix Logistics and please deliver my PAN Card to me.
