Complaint regarding demand from data entry company

Data entry company blackmailing me for money. Value: 10500. I came far from home for internship. I wanted to earn some side money to compensate for my expenses. so I searched for a data entry job online. I got a call they asked for rupees 500 as a security. I gave them the work in 2 days. they found mistakes in my work. instead of giving me the chances to correct it. they are forcing me to pay 3500 as compensation for my work. they are blackmailing me that they will send police to my home

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue.
