On the month of april 26th i have sent a parcel to mysore from durgapur. . The courier service name is first flight couriera ltd . but i doesn’t delivered yet . i have gone many times to the office , but they said that your receiver was not there so the parcel is coming back . that is ok for me but now 15days had gone i didn’t receive the parcel yet . they are just saying your parcel is in Bhubaneswar due to weather conditions ,and then they said that it is in Kolkata but there’s a strike in the place so they are not able to deliver. I guess they have misplaced my parcel, it is very costly . and i want to get it back . the service is very poor . i want my refund and want my parcel back . Id number E991Q2819763
