I Have ordered Apple AirPods – Wireless with Mic (White, In the War) × 1. Order Number : 10531

From online website Sale Alpha but instated of this i have received wrong item (normal wired headphones of local quality ). I am not able to return through their website (www.salealpha.com) because this order is not showing even in my orders list, so I mailed them several time for further solution on their official mail id but still they are not reverting back.
I feel they are fraudulent people because now I am trying to visit their website it is not opening which was in working condition earlier.
Please help me out of this and I feel they are cheating customers by displaying high quality branded item pictures and details but sending them (customer’s) different product of extremely low quality. kindly help me regarding my problem as soon as possible. I have attached copy’s of mail which I have been sending them.
