I booked my flights from Bangalore to Bhopal for 30th Dec 2024 and Bhopal to Bangalore for 1st Jan 2024. It was a round trip. I missed my first flight and immediately cancelled my Bangalore to Bhopal flight. I was shown the page where it only informed me that the flight cancellation was in process. Later when on 1st I tried to do web check-in for my Bhopal to Bangalore flight I was informed that instead of the Bangalore to Bhopal (30th Dec) flight Paytm has cancelled my Bhopal to Bangalore (1st Jan flight). I had to pay 21,000 to book the direct flight again as it was an emergency and I had to leave for Bangalore.
In total, I spend Rs 19000 + 21,000 just on these two flights.
The customer support is not at all responsive and is giving strange responses instead of helping me resolve the issue. Even the refund amount for the wrong flight cancellation has not been provided to me.
