Paytm not refunding money

Last month i booked a bus ticket for my sister from delhi to gorakhpur for 15th march via paytm in RS Yadav travels bus. The timing was 7:30PM. At 4 pm on 15th march i got a text that my scheduled time has been changed to 9:30 pm. I confirmed it via the operator. Then i called paytmcare and asked about my eligibility for refund and asked him to cancel it. He told me i was eligible for full refund. In the end i asked him twice if my ticket has been cancelled and can book a new ticket. He told me yes i can book a new ticket now. I booked a new one in jagdamba travels’ bus. Since then i’m still waiting for a refund. A few days back i was told that the operator has declined my refund request. He is saying that my sister travelled via r s yadav’s bus. How is it possible to travel via two buses at the same time? I’m attaching a screenshot of the rescheduling text i got. And please also check my call with paytm on 15th of march around 4 pm.
