Policy sale by Bharati Axa with offer of gold coins

There was a call from bharati axa with name sxxxxa from mobile num : 9xxxxxxxxxx3 who promised to give two gold coins along with the policy and had taken 30k from me but neither policy was delivered nor the gold coins. Again i tried to call them and question but no reply from them.Now they have blocked my number. I tried to call fr different numbers and they say the coins and documents will reach soon but even after 3 months i didnt get anything. Please help me.
