I placed an order on Swiggy on 26 December 2019. The cost of the order was INR 178/- which was paid online. The condition of the food delivered (Pizza in this case) was delivered in a very improper and mismanaged way. When i complaint about it through swiggy app. I was given the option of refund which I accepted (during this communication which was through a BOT(automatic response) the refund amount was never said to be partial. But to my utter dismay i found out that i have refunded processed of amount 88/- INR. When I complaint about this they didnt give a straight answer and put it on me that i accepted refund. They do not have answer that why the bot processed a partial refund. They must cheating other customers also. This needs to be stopped and highlighted as they operate Pan India.
