On dated 11 Nov 2019, I was enquiring about a tour to Lakshyadweep with my family on Google and immediately receive a call from Axxxxxl Sxxxxxa from R.S Tour and travel solution, New Delhi.The tour details received through WhatsApp for 03 N-4D. Since I was looking for a travel agent for Lakshyadweep, I responded to the call and agree to pay for the tour amount .
On 13-Nov -2019,I received the bank details from the Axxxxl Sxxxa, immediately one senior from the Tour operator ( Dxxxxk) called me and discussed about the stuff and arrangement there. In the mean time I enquired about the travel company from the GST number provided to me. It appears that all the GST returns were filed properly and the proprietor name is Mr Hxxxxu Jxxxxxxxxxxa. I thought that it is not a fraud company and promised to pay the Tour amount.
In the meantime, I see from different website that there is no Ticket available to reach/return from Mumbai-Kochi-Lakshyadweep. When I asked about the availability of ticket, Mr Jxxxxxxxxa promised me to arrange the ticket if the full price of the ticket is paid through India Airlines directly. When I asked how can you arrange ticket as the tickets were not available from any website, he told that the tickets will be issued by Indian Airlines and that will be issued to you on payment of full amount.
I have seen that, the rates offered by the travel agent appears Ok and have agreed upon their promise and paid full amount to the KOTAK Bank Account as provided by them. After payment of ticket price and 50% of tour price, they have disconnected the Mobile connection and disappear.
