Poor Service by Kashmir Travel Agent Kashmir Travellers

We Have Undertaken KAshmir Tour From 17th MArch To 24th March With Travel Agent KASHMIR TRAVELERS , Head Office Ashie Bagh Nigeen Road, Hazratbal, Srinagar 1900003, Jammu And Kashmir, India.
On 23rd March After Completing The Tour We Were Supposed To Be Provided With Deluxe Houseboat . But Unfortunately The Allotted Houseboat And Room Was Far From Being The Deluxe Category And Was Not Fit For Living. Tough We Have Complained Repeatedly With Our Booking Agent And He Assured That The Houseboat Will Be Changed But It Does Not Happened And We Were Forced To Spend That Night In That House Boat Room Which Was Not Fit For Living With Family. As We Had Morning Flight We Didn’t Have Much Choice. Full Payment Of Our Trip Was Already Made Beforehand As They Used To Chase Us Continuously To Do So During The Trip. The Whole Experience Of Kashmir Tour Was Ruined Due To The Poor Service Of The Travel Operator. I Need Full Refund Of The Houseboat Stay Along With Compensation For The Mental Agony.
