Poor services and support from Bharat Matrimony

I activated a 3-month regular gold plan on 07/08/23 in Bharat Matrimony. I was heavily disappointed with the service due to the unreachability, vague profile details, blurred images, and fake and unavailability of contact numbers in the 40-number contact list they provided me. At the same time, the profile count was decreasing from 40 even if the contact numbers were not reachable from my side. In the beginning, I was a free member at that time a female executive from Bharat Matrimony Lijiya contacted me and told me that they would provide all the details of 40 profiles and assured me. Considering that I paid Rs 5546/- and took a 3-month regular gold plan.  On the same day of my activation i.e. 07/08/23 Monday after 2 hours of activation I contacted customer care and told them that I did not want their service and I needed my refund of the amount i.e. 5546 paid for their service. A male executive Mr Sxxxxxxxxh took my call and admitted their mistake told me that he would give me a refund and told me to send an email to helpdesk[@]bharatmatrimony.com. He was actually cheating me after sending that mail he didn’t initiate my refund and when I called him he told me he would not give my refund. The complaint ticket number for getting a refund in Bharat Matrimony is Bxxxxxxx6. Sir/ Madam, I request you to take necessary action against Bharat Matrimony and make them generate my refund as fast as possible.
