Postpaid payment issue with Aircel

I was one of the aircel postpaid customer no. 98xxxxxx2. I lodged a request to discontinue my no. by contacting their customer care and my nearest aircel store then they suggested me to clear all outstanding amount after they will do the rest. After that I made two to three calls from that no. when i noticed it was not disconnected then I again contacted the same store they told it will take some but it will be disconnected. So few days later I dislocated the sim from my phone and now I m using a another no. So i didnot know what is going on with my no. Suddenly aircel send me legal notice to clear the bill amount 1024/- rs and it is shocking for me. After doing so many communication they continued my no. without my knowledge. When I contact them about this they are trying to tell me why I was not give them any written documents which is not said by customer care and aircel store so how I can i know what is proper procedure. Now they forcefully tell me to clear the bill which i have not used. The store where I went to close my no.the store also was closed so noone now take the responsibility. Please I am requesting you to take the matter seriously as I was misguided by aircel and for their fault they continued my no. and now forced me to clear the bill. Please help me in this matter.
