Complaint regarding wrong deduction by Idea

I m. charged wrongly from my idea number 9xxxxxxxxx2 for browsing. they said i browsed and i don’t have data packs but i have data packs remaining in my account of 4gb nearly. but still how can i be changed for browsing or surfing. wrongly amount detucted Rs402. date of deduction 28.12.2017. Balance before deduction was 571.they r talking some lame excuses as multiple browsing. if i have data packs why i m charged even it multiple or single. i have data packs i can browse anything. i have not visited any paid sites. only genuine sites Facebook whatsapp YouTube. in application also not in browser. kindly help me
