We have booked a package of Tirupati darshan for 10 people for 5th Jan 2020 for my family trip. My Sister has some exam and she was not able to join this trip , so I wanted to Cancel her alone ticket but Customer Care was saying partial cancellation is not possible and asked me to cancel whole ticket for 10 people itself. I asked them this was not written in their policy while booking that Partial Cancellation is not allowed otherwise I would have booked single ticket per person and cancelled it if not required, then they replied me that its not written that “Partial cancellation is allowed” it means its not allowed. We as customer cant assume their policy which is not written. This all conversation happened on 17th Dec 2019. Then I got a call from them that we are going to cancel your whole ticket of 10 people then I got afraid as this was planned trip for my family and requested them to not cancel whole ticket.
Also his Customer care has taken my long hours use to put me on hold for long time . He was too rude and totally unprofessional , Even he told his name as Bxxxxu and asked me to complain where ever I want for his behaviour. He was saying me that I don’t know how to speak or understand English or Hindi. This was one of the worst experience from any service provider I ever seen.
I have sent multiple mails to their customer care , wasted my more than 6-7 hours on call . Also tweeted them also keeping Pxxxxh Sxxxxxm(CEO of RedBus on this issue) but didn’t got any solution , so atlast we travelled any how with them , with wasting my money and time.
At the end day before our trip I got a call from them again and they told me that special darshan on 6th Jan for us is not possible as there is some occasion going on in Tirupati temple, which was costing 300 per head and included in package. if this was scheduled they should have not allowed us booking for that day on the name of special darshan , they fooled us again and it took us 25hours to me and my family for darshan. My family includes my grand father whos age is 82 years and my mother who has leg joint problem. We felt so fooled and scammed my this service.
