Refund from Myntra not credited and product missing

I have placed return request for the product order Dreamz by pantaloons with return request of cost 824/-. On the date 27th of May, 2022, Friday at 8 27 AM i received message from Myntra that my item will get picked up and afternoon around 12 noon on the same day i have returned the product to delivery agent. I have returned the Sassafras product along with this. I have got refund for Sassafras but for Dreamz by pantaloons i have got message from Myntra that my product has been missing around 5 Pm on the same day. I have raised many complains with Myntra and had conversations with many Myntra customer care but none of them sorted my complaint. From this i see the product might have been with delivery agent. Kindly do needful
