Complaint regarding deactivation of my Sony account

On the 3rd July, 2022 around 2:51pm I was playing Playstation 4 and out of nowhere i got suspended from my sony account. I have recently purchased there subscription with ?500 which will be ending on 15th July. So after my account being suspended i immediately contacted the Sony authorities for help, on asking them they said that my account have been suspended due to breaching of Code of conduct, and the suspension will be revoked after 7 days which is 10th July . To be noted i have been on this device for almost 5 years now, and not even a single thing like this ever happened . i am very much aware of the community standards and I have the utmost respect for it. But i can assure you from my side that i have done nothing wrong.
I humbly request you to please look into this matter and help me so that they revoke their suspension before 10th July
