Refund not received for cancelled Jetairways booking on PayTm

This is related to one of my paytm order related refund. Order related flight (Jet-Airways) was cancelled on April 2019 due to service grounded. But still I am chasing Paytm for refund my ticket amount. Ticket was booked in Feb 2019. for more details you can go for attacment. Can you please help my to get my refund back.

Replacement of Micromax Mobile – Rs.7,200/-: Mr. Sambuddha Dasgupta of Guwahati purchased one Micromax Q413 mobile on 6 October 2016. He submitted the device with the service centre on 17-04-2017 for various issues but did not get delivery of the phone even after 15 days.
