Last August i registered in Ekta Technologies. I submitted my Id proofs document but not registration fee. after 2 hours company sent a link on mail for plan chosen, I choose INR 19600 plan (Plant-II), I call this no.for company clarification. All clarification are genuine. After 2 hours of plan chosen company sent work file on my mail and send submitted date which is 10-Sep-2019. I submitted my work (150-150 Pages two files) on 9th september, 2019, I call on 10-September but busy busy busy but near about 6:00 pm my call has received by person. He talk your payment & your work sent tomorrow in the evening. But next day i wait at evening. No payment and work was send by the company & his no. was switch off. & company was not replied on my mail.
My plan IInd specification 40 INRpage, I submitted 300 pages payment 12000 INR

Same thing has happened to me.. i had also joined Ekta technologies on 19th of august. All the things are genuine as u said and i have also joined plan II . they did the same with me.. firstly their number was busy after that they answered and gave me same statement as they gave to u.. and next day in evening their number was off till now…
Is there any solution to your problem by Indian consumer forum till now??

same happened with me too. Though i have made a complain in cyber cell with all the relevant details. I urge you people too to do the same.
