I have made one flight booking for 14th Oct from Flipcart informed air asia for the cancellation and same day mail sent to Flipcart the day was on 17th Nov, Air Asia infomed that they have refunded the full amount INR 6997 to flip cart, but once checked with flipcart they informed that they will refund the amount within 24 days which is not accepted , also they have mentioned they have not received any amount when we have got the Transaction id also from Air asia.’ in flipcart it is showing that the booking cancellation pending as they have not received any cancellation mail from air asia. whether airasia informed that they have refunded on 19th nov the full amount. now flipcart is saying that they have not received an

My name is Parvez Nawaz Islam, cancelled my ticket but didn’t refund my money .Even I got email from flipkart which wrote on 22/06/2021 ,9.00 am we will refund but after I am trying to connect customer care no one response.
