Refund not received from Snapdeal for returned product

Hi Team,

I ordered Bluetooth headset of Rs.619 but unfortunately that headset was not working properly hence I returned that product to Snapdeal and they approved my refund amount. But still that refund amount is not yet credited into my bank account. They called me 15th times and provided false commitment regarding my refund amount. They also provide me the reference number too but there is no use for that. I checked with my bank also but they do not have any information or any update received from Snapdeal.
Refund amount – Rs.619
