I deposited Rs. 7440 in Act fibernet account for new connection. after two days their representative informed that connection is not available in my area. So I requested them to refund my amount. They said as no account is created they will take 24 to 48hrs to refund the amount. But now it is almost two months I didn’t get my amount. Pls help me

Worst service..they took the amt of Rs 3200 for the new connection but now they said there is no connection in my area requested to refund the amount ….but almost completed 7 working but till now not received refund amount….I suggest people not to go for this act fiber connection
