I have ordered for a new one, the dealer sent me a refurbished one as the box of the gun was old and tampered, warranty card was on the previous owners name Sanjeev . The purchase date shows 29.07.2016 , the pellets that were promised along with the product is not the one I received as the one they sent does not even fit the gun.
I have sent several emails attaching the pics of the same along with the warranty card, gun and the pellets to Paytm care but all in vain. They came back evey time asking to share the images which I did and responded saying that they haven’t received the images and closed the return or replacement request.
I have copied Mr Vxxxxxxa on one of the emails with the same response from them requesting to share images. I also requested his kind attention in this matter on Twitter as well, no response at last of losing all hope from the past 24 days I decided to approach the consumer forum.
