Regarding Micromax LED TV display issue

I bought micromax led TV. it have problem with LED . i have raised complain with micromax customer care serial number/IMEI of the TV 00130B7641130006, they told they will replace new LED tv, till now no response , apart from that worst customer care and service center worst, they don’t understand the pain of the customer. We really worried to buy indian company products. Someone please help on this.

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue. Kotak Mahindra Bank changes a/c type without information – deduct charges from account: Mr. Atul Jain of Indore had posted a complaint on 03-09-2009 in the Forum with regard to Kotak Mahindra Bank changing his account type and debiting his account for non-maintenance of average quarterly balance.
