Regarding cancellation of booking on Ultraviolette site

Cant cancel my pre-booking on ultraviolette site. Value: 10000. I pre ordered ultraviolette f77 and paid 10000 rs in advance now i am trying to cancel my booking but cancel button on site is not working and i sent them mail about the issue but didn’t receive any response in 2 days.

Refund from Paytm – Rs.1095/-: Mr. Paresh Shah of Vesu, Surat made a recharge from my mobile for payment of Dish TV of Rs 1095. The transaction failed but the amount was deducted from his credit card. Even after a month he did not get his money back.
