Regarding damaged product delivered by DTDC

An induction had been sent from Varanasi had been sent through DTDC which got completely damaged. After approaching DTDC and providing all the relevant documents and the company acknowledging, after an internal by its vigilance team, that it was its own fault, the company is refusing to may the justified amount against the damages. It is only willing 500rs for damaging a product worth Rs.2999 in online value. Even after corresponding on the matter for over 3 months, the company is not willing to pay me the justified amount and telling me again and again to settle for Rs. 500 , which is equivalent to just the shipping cost.
Please look into the matter and tell them to resolve it quickly.
