Regarding delivery of wrong product by Myntra

I have received a wrong product which was ordered on Myntra. After that I raised multiple complaints at Myntra customer support but they didn’t gave any resolution and all of a sudden they are saying that they have gone through a quality check and they found that the product delivered was the right product. Now I have a question if Myntra delivers the product after quality check then how i received this wrong product.

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-.
