Regarding emi repayment on Snapmint

snapmint is charging me emi repayment. I ordered a shirt worth rs 999 my order and i cancelled the order by calling the snitch customer service i paid the money from snapmint i didn’t get my refund money and the snapmint emi repayment is showing what should i do. order id is #1137766

Complaint against MakeMyTrip for short payment of train ticket refund – Rs.1272/-: Mr. Thiyagarajan of Kanchipuram, Tamilnadu (thiyagarajan.t(at)gmail.com) had posted a complaint with us on 28-03-2010 for non-receipt of full refund from MakeMyTrip against cancellation of train ticket.
