Regarding loan availed from Dhani Loan credit line

Dhani Loan credit line. Value: 10330/-

Loan amount is 5250/- and now the amount is showing more than rs. 10,339/- approx which is almost double. I am trying since last six months but no success. Can you please look into this and have had a discussion to settle the things. Due to pandemic I was very much effected though I want to pay. So please negotiate with the amount that I can pay. Else atlast I have to go for a legal action help.
