Regarding non-delivery of medicine by Akash Ganga couriers

I have given a packet of medicine packed in a box to deliver to Akash Ganga (courier service) to get this deliver but my parcel is still not deliver to the destination. I have already informed them that the packet contains medicine and have asked them to deliver it as soon as possible  , As delay in medicine can lead to serious problem for patient as the medicine is not available in local market out their. I need medicine to be delivered ASAP and a compensation for  problem faced by patient because of delay in delivery. I have attached photo of parcel and mentioned  details below
