Regarding return of order and refund from Flipkart

One month ago, On September 12,2023 I ordered ( Bhavya Enterprises cup set of 6) worth 265/INR. It was delivered to me on September 16,2023.  Because of receiving a different color cup set than the picture I raised a return regarding the same.
On September 20 an Ekart delivery executive picked up my order me, and after picking the order he rejected the pickup due to a damaged product and decided not to give it back to me. Since he directly came by pressing the door bell to pick up the order without any phone call I was not able to call him back.
In short, he decided to keep my order with himself and not to initiate any refund.
Nor did I received my product back nor did I received my refund,
when I contacted FLIPKART regarding this issue they denied it and decided not to look after this issue and marked this issue closed despite of continue tries, because according to them the product was not picked up.
FLIPKART didn’t even try to look into my issue due to which I bore a loss of amount 265/ along with the mental harassment and loss of time that was essential to me as a second-year medical student.
