Recently I have renewed my profit club card no. 92xxxxxxxxx3 by paying INR 10000 in a big bazaar store at Haldia East Midnapore West Bengal.
Remaining balance on my card is 10945.35 but I am not able to redeem the same as the big bazaar stores are totally closed in my location.
Even after my several follow up and persuations Bigbazaar customer care team is unresponsive
