I bought home decor stuff from Myntra and due to quality issue i had to return few of them. Despite of that i had never or rarely returned anything. Now since then Myntra has applied a convinience charge of 199 on my order. I feel betryared as they claim to have try and buy feature and with this they are smartly playing with consumer psycology.
Also, there is no rule or information by Myntra while placing the order about how many times can one return the order.
I feel that this consumer abuse and portal is trying to play with marketing strategy and awarness and misguiding people by promoting products online
I request for immediate action on the above complaint as Indian consumer is vunrebale to such marketing gimmicks and companies like Myntra are misusing the customer data and psycology.
