Why aren’t pickups done for devices in a proper bag. Is this the right way to protect the device from damage in transit, dust and smoke and other perils of road?

IMPORTANT 2: Motor was in pristine condition at the time of pick up, in your custody it stopped working. Images can’t tell what is wrong with the motor.
I need a replacement, you have broken a working product and made it crappy from inside and outside during pickup/drop/in your office/workshop under your custody
