Regarding payment of maintenance to builders

I resident of THANE purchase 1BHK flat from Puranik Builders in 2012 which was under construction . It got completed and received possession in July 2015 . I had paid two year advance maintenance as per SALE AGREEMENT at time of possession . Now Housing Society has formed w.e.f 1st April 2017 . Puranik Builder considering maintenance from date of OC received but not from possession date.

However, later when he tried to withdraw money to his bank account, he was unable to do so. The option of withdraw money was not working whenever attempted and there was no response to his emails. Replacement of Micromax Mobile – Rs.7,200/-: Mr. Sambuddha Dasgupta of Guwahati purchased one Micromax Q413 mobile on 6 October 2016. He submitted the device with the service centre on 17-04-2017 for various issues but did not get delivery of the phone even after 15 days.
