Regarding Philips warranty not providing replacement

I raised complaint regarding faulty trimmer which has warranty till September 2023. When i submitted @ service centre they said it takes 15-20 days but now it is almost 1 month. I followed up on twitter they stated it is extended warranty so it is taking time but they are not giving any TAT. I am not getting any response from them. Complaint# 6xxxxxxxxx8.

Complaint against Reliance General Insurance / Medi Assist India TPA – Rs.32,643/-: Prashant Moda of Delhi (Email: modapkbl(at)rediffmail.com), had submitted his mediclaim bill with Medi Assist India, TPA of Reliance General Insurance in June 2009. Refund from Go Ibibo / Spicejet – Rs.12,294/-: Mr. Paramjeet Ganguly of Bangalore had booked a flight ticket on Spicejet through GoIbibo which was cancelled due to covid. The the Airlines confirmed refund to Go Ibibo the customer did not get refund from GoIbibo. Mr. Ganguly posted his complaint with ICF on 15-12-2020 and the matter was taken up Go Ibibo. Warranty service from Havells – Rs.5,000/- : Ms. Radhika Bansal of Gurgaon, Haryana purchased an induction cookware of Havells, in Aug’13, with the warranty of 2 years.
