Regarding Philips warranty not providing replacement

I raised complaint regarding faulty trimmer which has warranty till September 2023. When i submitted @ service centre they said it takes 15-20 days but now it is almost 1 month. I followed up on twitter they stated it is extended warranty so it is taking time but they are not giving any TAT.  I am not getting any response from them. Complaint# 6xxxxxxxxx8.
Please do the needful.
