Regarding Indocanadian bus service

I want to inform that i booked indocanadian bus from Kotkapura to new delhi airport on 12/08/2023.

I booked a seat for Rs2200-/ for the proper indo-canadian bus described by them on their official website indocanadianbus.com . But the bus which arrived at my contact point (kotkapura) was totally a different bus. The condition of bus is very poor and noisy. There are no charging point and even no ac vents on my seat roof. I will upload  a proof by capturing a photo of the ac vents replaced by wooden board. They are replaced with some wooden board.  Quality of seats is also very poor. I am feeling very cheated. It was not worth it for the money i paid. There are no facilities provided which were described by them on their official website regarding bus and services. I am facing worst experience and feeling cheated.
