Regarding refund due from JIOMART for returned product

Product Name – Lifelong Beard Trimmer LLPCM11 With 4hr Runtime, Quick Charge, 20 Length Settings (Black).

I returned the above-mentioned product on 28th Oct’23 via Delhivery Logistics courier partner who had come home to pick up the package on 28th Oct. I have been confirmed by the Delhivery Logistics company that the return package has been handed over to jiomart on 31st Oct but still my return status is pending & refund not initiated. I still get the pick up schedule reminder & calls everyday for this product. Every time i contact Jiomart telephonic customer support (18008901222) the team says that the product is not picked up and the team has no update on this & refund can’t be initiated.
Its going to be 14 days that the product was picked up and I have raised multiple complaints on the same but i get no response from the Jiomart support team. This is very poor customer support & irresponsible rude behaviour towards the customer.
