Regarding refund from resonanace

Violation of consumer right by resonanace. In December 2017 I have deposited 25000 as fee for session 2018-2019 . But now I don’t want to study in resonance. So I am asking for refund for about 2 month but they are not going to come my money back and gave useless excuse that this money is non refundable. And if a consumer haven’t used any service for which he had paid then he has complete right to take refund . But in my case resonance is not giving . So please help me with that as my consumer right is violated.

Refund from Patanjali – Rs.1018/-: Ms. Disha of Indore 452003, Madhya Pradesh did not receive refund after she cancelled her order on Patanjali mobile application. The order ID was 7678163797. Refund from DTDC – Rs.1,040/-: Mr. Vivek Sharma of Bangalore, Karnataka (vivek0217[@]gmail.com) sent a courier through DTDC , reference number D17166789, on 10th May 2014 but it was lost on its way to Delhi.
