I had booked flight tickets on Dec 05, 2020 for Indigo flight from Delhi to Ahmedabad from www.travolook.in website. I was given a reference number and payment got debited from my account for Rs 5331.
However, Flight booking has not done and even the reference number sent on my mail was fake.
I tried calling customer care many times but there was no response and even mailed the matter to the customer support team & still no response. I want full refund on immediate basis.

I sincerely request the court to take immediate action such website & set an example for others.
