I have purchased a sofa cum bed from home centre ,Viviana mall, thane outlet on 8th jan 2019. Which was delivered on 10th jan. After few days of use we realised that due to the frame structure of the sofa cum bed it’s not comfortable for sleeping as well as it’s bottom stitches are coming out. So I registered a complaint regarding it on 16th jan 2019 . Complaint no is 176795. After this inspection person was assigned to us who visited us on 21st jan . After his visit there wasn’t any action taken from the home centre . After the follow up i was told by them that they can only repair the stitch part. So i personally visited the store and ce to know that despite telling inspection person about the sofa frame being uncomfortable for sleeping problem he had mentioned only about stitches part. So I explained the problem to Mr Kxxxk. He reinitiated the complaint raising the
Issue about the frame structure of the sofa on 31st Jan 2019. And we were told that the inspection person. Will visit us within 48 hours it’s been five days there’s no call from the home centre or the inspection person.
And they are taking customer problems very lightly.
