This is in regards to the complaint of Samsung handset bearing model number #SM-S711BLGCINS.
We have visited the service centre 27.11.2023 which is Monday and shared the service charged where clearly mentioned the issue of HEATING & BATTERY DRAINING , after that they take my phone for 4 hours for fix the issue and software update but facing the same issue after reached home.
After that have lodge the complaint on samsung portal and social website they sent someone by Janakpuri Samsung Service Centre – Mr. Rxxxxh for arranging the mobile pickup which is 11.12.2023 and now onwards there is no curent status of my submitted phone to the Samsung Service Centre (Janakpuri) also they have given wrong communication number and landline number.
You are requested to please help us and let us know so that how we can return our money?
